Ordering Information/Payments

Daisy Mountain Handworks prefers payments made via PayPal. Credit card, debit card or an e-check are options available through Paypal.

I require your full name, email address, phone number and shipping address to complete your order or to contact you in case we are having difficulties processing your order.

If paying by check or money order, your order will not be shipped until check/money order clears.

Overseas clients must use Paypal for payment.

Shipping

FREE USPS Priority Mail shipping on all Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls shipped within the continental US states. If you are interested in a Fed Ex overnight delivery please contact Linda@DaisyMountainHandworks.com before payment.

 International Shipping Charges apply to all orders outside of the continental US states, shipping charges will be invoiced to you for payment prior to shipment of item(s)

Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted if for any reason you are not satisfied.  You may return item within 10 days of receiving your order for refund – the shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable.

A Return Authorization number must be obtained within 3 days of receiving your purchase. Contact via Email Linda@DaisyMountainHandworks.com for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and print clearly the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. This RAN number is valid for 10 days.  The item must be returned in the original condition and shipped in original box.  Refunds will not be issued for items lost in transit, therefore insurance and a trace number with UPS, USPS or Fed-X with delivery confirmation is mandatory.

Once the item is received your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Your refund is returned in the original form of payment.

Your privacy is the utmost importance!  Your personal information is confidential.  Your name, email, phone number or mailing address will not be given or sold to anyone for any reason.
